Entertainment system not entertaining but frustrating

<p>My colleague and I travelled on Saturday 3 September on flight SA420 from JHB to Frankfurt.</p> <p>As you know that this is a long flight and as customers, we choose airlines based on the services offered, to make this long flight as comfortable as possible, even in economy class.</p> <p>From the start of the flight, the entertainment system did not work.<br />All the movies kept freezing.<br />When alerting the attendants to this, I was told they will try and solve this and an announcement will be made over the PA system with regards to this.</p> <p>The announcement was never made, for the duration of the flight. And the entertainment system was never fixed. <br />In fact, we could not access the movies at all after letting the attendant know.</p> <p>I am very disappointed and disgusted by this.<br />And embarrassed as a South African flying SAA and seeing all non South Africans complaints and frustrations.</p> <p>At my company, we have used SAA very often, and we need to fly often.</p> <p>My colleague and I will be flying back to South Africa with SAA.<br />If this flight is similar to our last one, I am afraid I will be recommending that my company no longer use SAA.</p>
