Empty Promises

I have cancelled a flight in December 2014 due to my Mother not being able to fly because of medical reasons. I submitted a medical letter which was excepted and I was told that my Voyager Miles would be refunded as well as airport taxes would be refunded into my account. After numerous emails and phone calls I still just got Empty Promises.
