E-Dreams SAA - No rund policy - no terms and conditiions.

Don'y use E Dreams to make a booking with SAA as i'm of the oponion that they are cahuts.I've got the flight confirmation with SAA after payning via E-Dreams and when I've phoned them to cancle the flight and request a refund....boy oh boy .... what a rude awaking.First the lady from SAA flight cancellations told me that it was a Non refundable flight( R 5750.00 down the drain) and that i should not worry that flight have been cancelled andreally liked to play with words ( typical brush off) Luckily I've managed to get hold of Tina ( not sure if it is her real name) as the floor supervisor whom indicated that we should contact E-Dreams at an international number (which she googled by the way) +***.Eventually got hold of E- Dreams via email only -Guess what it is a No refundable flight. So how do SAA collect business from a Company called E- Dreams and make bookings on their behalf and then in my opoinion **** money from the costumers beacuse they are a foreign entity and don't fall within the jurisdition of the South African consumer act.I would also liketo be in a business like that.
