Dude where's our Travel Vouchers / Refunds?

Today is the 7th of July 2020 - I to date have not recieved any feedback from SAA regarding my Travel Vouchers. So it is completely fine to go under Business Rescue and against the CPA? How is this fine??? When I call I spend lengthy hours on the line listening to the automated voice recording and then the call disconnects!!! This is extremely frustrating. I have been reading the complaints and it is clearly that you people are *******. We want feedback and we want refunds/travel vouchers.
