Double payment of FLYSAA

Hi,<br> <br> On Sunday, 8th Feb, we booked a flight online to fly on the same day from Lusaka to Johannesburg, on the 4 pm flight. We got a confirmation with booking reference: ZBYUOR. We paid with our American Express card online.<br> <br> However, when she reached the airport in Lusaka, they told her that the funds have not reached the account of SAA, and she had to pay $400 to fly on that flight. Thus, $400 was paid for flight ZBYUOR. <br> <br> Looking at the bank account, the funds have now left our account. Can you please issue the refund of the $544.14 which we paid online, since we spent 2 hours on the phone today, and they just kept referring us from department to department.<br> <br> Regards
