Double deducting for airline tickets

Purchased tickets on 22 dec 2023 to fly on 25th dec from CPT to Johannesburg as we relocating this side after to flight on the 28th they deduction again from my bank account where the funds were needed to help set up in a new city called and placed on hold for 1 and half hours and minutes ran up emailed saa refunds and still no response. I see that it should be closed again so that we can use a more honest airline. Be careful when purchasing with SAA
