Double charged and never received my money 30 days later 😭

I was double charged on the 8th of September when I was purchasing a ticket online I submitted everything and I was sent an email saying the matter is under investigation I waited till date which is 30 days later still my money is gone and the bank checked on their records and said SAA should return my money since they took it 😭😭 I am so drained I don’t even know who to contact at this point … I have done everything needed I even opted to get a voucher but no they don’t offer vouchers nor money …. 4K is a lot of money for me to just let it be.
