Double charged

I did a car rental with with my voyager miles and only when i went to collect a car realised my wallet was lost and a friend had to make the payment for the car using a credit card, instead of my miles being reversed it was never the case. i have tried several times to contact ********** but no response at all, the last email i sent to them was on the 18th of October 2017.
