Double charge, refund needed

<p>I flew on SAA on 2nd march to Cape Town and had already paid R3120.26 for the ticket, but was then told I didn't have a seat and had to pay a further R4196.26 for a new ticket at the airport before being allowed to board. The very email address they give a email for refund queries doesn't work. Please help me get a refund for the double charge of R4196.26</p>
