Dont trust SAA's refund promises

I purchased a full fare business class ticket CPT-JHB-HKE on 4NOV2019, for travel to Hong Kong in DEC 2019. - SAA cancelled flights to HK. More than 3 months have passed and I'm still waiting for my refund of R36,238.15 No one is manning the refund help line. I have wasted hours waiting for a "consultant"to become available on thier help line *** Don't believe SAA's promises of refunds
