Don't fly SAA!

I was travelling to Frankfort via SAA to and from. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! On the way to Frankfort the aircraft was unbearably hot and to make things worse, my entertainment screen was not working BOTH on the 8hr flight to Frankfort and the 10hr flight back to South Africa. They kept telling me they are rebooting the screens but I think thats just a ploy. They know its not gonna work, its just something to stall telling you that you're gonna have to find some pther way to bear the flight.
