Do you think I fly SAA by choice??

Get to the counter at 18.05. The host send me to another line bcoz self service check in is empty. Stand there and when we get to the counter we are told it’s too late for the 18:45 flight.

The supervisor was rude and Abrupt and just walked off saying. “ I’m not standing here anymore and explaining “.

This is ppls money and time you guys are taking !!!

We pay for these *****s salaries and get abused at the airport.

We can’t even check in our bags anymore because of the theft at ACSA. And the AIRLINE DOES NOTHING about it.

DAILY we are abused by the airport staff and these so called supervisors that take tax payers money and do not assist. Why are they there ? The boarding closes at 18.05. Then you show away the customer that you put from pillar to post??

My flight was 18:45 to Durban from O T Thambo.

Guess I won’t get a response either.
