do not use this airline

absolutely the worst . Mandy the team leader and her many crew members , Alice , Nokuthula , Stan/Steyn . I booked and asked for an upgraded . Payment link never came through and asked on emails and calls for three days , only to get to the airport to be told my ticket was not on the system. Called them from 8 am till 6pm using an international line . I was not given a mere follow up or resolution at all . 8 hours stranded . Mandy could care less and false promises from customer service that decided at the end of their shift to send me back to reservations. DO NOT USE this airline at all .DO not , the worst and has no regard for people . Terribly communicates too .
