Do Not Use SAA

Refused to allow me to board the flight in September 2023... and cancelled my return flight without informing me.. sent them the details and evidence... that the staff just refused to let me board... they sent an email to me for reimbur*****t... and never reimbursed me to date!!! Been trying to follow up ever since but no response or correspondence... Pathetic Service SAA
