Do not contact being ignored

Despite repeated requests to SAA Voyager, I keep getting emails from them. I have on several occasions submitted the 'remove me from your mailing list' reply which merely seems to go ignored. I have not been a member of SAA Voyager since change to Lufthansa Miles and More. This now some five years ago! I have not even lived in SA in 6 years
