Dishonest - double deduction of ticket

hi<br> <br> i paid the first ticket 28/11/15, today 22/12/15 they deduct the same tickets again of my bank account. i used the tickets already on the 11/12, so why do the deduct the money again?<br> <br> Phoning SAA takes longer than 40 minutes to get to a agent. then i must send bank statements so that they can investigate their ***** issue. <br> <br> they not really worried or urgent to help. this was R4 500.00 so cant just let it go to waste. <br> <br>
