Disgusting service from South African Airways

I would like to complain about the appalling flight my mother had on South African Airways in Business Class.

The seat were not comfortable. There was no in-flight entertainment. In addition to this, when it was time for lunch, they were served FROZEN food. The quality of the food was sub-par and completely unacceptable considering that this was business class. I question what must have been happening in economy class if this was the treatment that they received in business class.

We spend so much money on business class tickets and yet the service was completely appalling. They weren't even given a sufficient number of serviettes. After being given one serviette, they were told that there were no more serviettes on the flight. I am completely disappointed by the service they received and will now think twice before opting to use the national carrier.
