Disgusting Service after Bag not Arriving

<p>I flew from East London to JHB, and my bag did not arrive. Filled in documents and was told it will be delivered today.</p> <p>Called different offices and no answer, initially was told bag arrived and awaiting delivery but no answer on delivery number and cannot do anything without luggage.</p> <p>It is no wonder no one flies SAA they are useless</p>
