Disgusting.

SAA doesn't deserve any stars as far as I'm concerned. My sister is sitting in Hong Kong Airport where her flight has been delayed more than 12 hours. SAA have told them to stay in a hotel but have told all the economy passengers to share a room with a stranger and business class get their own rooms! This is absolutely disgusting!!
