Disgusted

My girlfriend has been stuck at the airport since 19:30 her flight has been delayed 3 times. The help line kept me on hold for 40 minutes till after 10pm till they closed to intentionally not help me.

There has been no communication sent out there is nobody to help the passengers waiting. ABSOLUTELY NO CONCERN GIVEN to the passengers waiting aimlessly and their friends and families waiting to pick them up

Absolutely disgusting disregard for paying customers

They aren’t even listed on hello Peter as they care that little about their passengers
