Disgusted

<p>I called in on behalf of my brother. I was assisted by Thobile. She was unhelpfull and wasted our airtime. She even made a joke to say she will hold till our airtime finished. </p> <p>We booked our flight through an agency and was given a reference number. On calling her she kept on insisting that we give her a reference number, which we were not aware was the agency's number and not SAA. She kept on saying "the number that start with ZA can not be a reference number because that stands for South Africa" there was chuckles at the background everytime she said that. In all the the 12 minutes we were talking with her she coudnt guideus as to how to spot their refference number on the papers we had. </p> <p>I dont work for SAA and woudnt know whats required. </p> <p>We phoned back and was assisted by Mohale the call took 5 minutes and he was helpful.</p> <p>She has no telephone etiquette whatsoever. </p>
