Disgraceful service

I had to phone more than 4 times just to get through to the customer centre. The service was disgraceful, such a bad attitude from the all the people I delt with. Nobody can tell me how much a voyager mile is worth...how much money must I spend on my credit card to earn a voyager mile?????? I asked to speak to a manager, I was put on hold for who knows how long!! Everytime I deal with SAA and SAA voyager I struggle. Disgusted!
