Disgraceful attitude from Groundstaff

Disgraceful service from the groundstaff on boarding of flight sa377 on 13FEB15. My daughter was booked for this flight, was waiting at gate and missed hearing flight being called. Her name was not called either. When she looked up she saw people had moved from gate. Went up to groundstaff - bus was still at the door - she was rudely refused to board saying she was 3 minutes late. she explained she was going to funeral and asked why her name had not been called and was rudely told nothing could be done about it. This is disgusting, rude behaviour from ground staff and totally unnecessary as bus was still at the gate and she could have boarded. we had to purchase new ticket at extreme expense for saturday morning. Miles were lost and this was just an example of staff being rude and unhelpful and SAA ripping people off for ticket money. It's a disgrace.
