Disappointment in poor service from SAA

I purchased two air tickets through Cheap Oair with seat assignment for booking : #***2 (Air Line Confirmation: 5U2FAI) on SAA from SA OR Tambo Flight 386 to Hong Kong 2015-12-10, and (Air Line Confirmation JFAYFM) Hong Kong Flight 389 to Vietnam Flight 593 Vietnam Air 2015-12-11.<br> 1. SAA personnel booked in my children although Visa letter was not correct (no surnames on letter).<br> 2. Although the SAA representative who booked them in, saw the problem on the letter, did not inform us, went to her supervisor, and allowed my children to board their flight.<br> 3. Due to the above mentioned mistake I occurred the following additional expenses (2 new tickets from Hong Kong to Hanoi, Bus fees from and to the airport as well as one nights stay in the Novotel in Hong Kong.<br> 4. Different contact numbers at SAA and Cheap Oair were called to chance flight, but without any success. <br> As a South African citizen I am very disappointed in the SAA's offices (answering machines, and then music) in this desperate situation. Even the management from the Novotel, in Hong Kong tried several times but could not get hold of the SAA's offices.
