Disappointing International Flight
I am flying quite regularly to Washington on business and have just had a return flight SAA210 with a series of \moments of misery".

1. Admin issues. International flights allow 2 pieces for which I had paid but Durban staff charged me for my extra bag. (SA558)

2. Maintenance issues. SA210 from Washington. Cabin staff had to fix toilet flush and told me we need maintenance on board these days! My movie screen did not work and the remotes in seats 37 A&C were swapped ie. seat A's remote operated seat C's screen. Hopefully the jet engines/controls are maintained with more care!

3. Attitude issues. Altercations between staff at change over in Accra and one cabin attendant stormed down the isle muttering \""I have had enough - I'm out of here!\""

4. Attitude Issues. Incessant loud chatter between cabin attendants during the night while passengers trying to sleep. Being in 37 C I was near the curtained off area and was woken frequently.

5. Attitude and performance issues. Flight arrived one hour late in Johannesburg - many passengers missed connecting flights. Not a word from the captain who was silent from Accra. USA passengers commented about no apology.

Please Improve!!!"""
