Disappointed customer

On 17/10/2024 I called in to the Johannesburg office and spoke to a consultant Nokuthula. i asked for a quote for 2 adults and 2 children over 2years old. from Dubai to SA. I did mention that i am looking for cheap flights and if she could please play around with dates to get such. She took down the details of all 4 passengers including the Date of births of the children. she gave me An amount - The total amount of ZAR 66,401.48 is due to be paid on behalf of Flysaa - Contact Centre Reservations, with a payment link, Payment was done, and confirmation of payment was received as well. there after we received via email "Travel Document" <***> BOOKING *** for ALL FOUR passengers. about 10-15 mins thereafter i received a call from Nokhutula again, stating that there was a shortfall, and we would need to pay additional R+- 50000 more, as she quoted for two adults. I am absolutely livid, as her incompetency is unacceptable as i asked to be quoted on 4 travellers (2 adults and 2 children) and economy class. the calls are recorded and i would appreciate if this recording could be reviewed. she asked me to reverse the payment, and she will reissue tickets and we would need to pay the additional amount. I refused to do that because as far as i am concerned I paid the correct amount that i asked to be quoted on. This is an absolute ******* by SAA. the amount she is asking us to pay is way beyond our means and budget. The system now shows the outstanding amount of +- R50000. This is not our fault; this is the fault of the *********** staff and should be liable for the shortfall. we refuse to pay any extra monies as far as we are concerned, we asked for a quote on four travellers and that was given to us , the payment link was sent to us and we made payment accordingly for 4 travellers. I have made several calls from yesterday 17/10/2024 and today 18/10/2024 regarding same. I keep getting told by the consultants that this has been escalated and I need to wait and I will be contacted. This is a TOTAL *******. I am still awaiting feedback
