Disappearing voyager miles....

<p>On the 21 December we tried to use some of our miles. We received a mail that you have received the request. Due to the tardyness from your side to send us the code to use, it was to late to claim it. You were very quick to to dedudct it from our account. After numerous attemps in December and in Januarie toe reverse the request and refund the miles there was NO response. This is toatally unacceptabley!! </p> <p>What are you doing with our missing miles?!</p>
