Delayed flight expenses but simply no response

<p>On the 8th May 2016 our flight SA 286 departing OR Tambo for Hong Kong was delayed causing us to miss our connection on OZ 724. This resulted in us having a layover of 12 hours. I was not offered any reprieve for meals or refreshments and missed 1 night accommodation in Seoul that was paid for. Despite logging this with SAA and numerous calls wasting even more money I am still awaiting their resolution on this problem.</p>
