Default apps

I had book a flight online for 16:00 as I arrived at the airport I was told the flight was booked for 13:00. During my process of booking online it kicked me out and I had to log in again.The customer service was so pathetic even though they acknowledged its their fault I was not compensated at all and I had to pay extra charges.
