Debitted twice on taxes with sa voyager

I have booked flights for my family with voyager on friday *** and 77mxvr .01/01/2016 and paid with cheque card..i noticed the error and called them, i was given an email [Email Removed] to send my querry since saturday 2nd jan they have been debitting my account , i sent the proof and i called again on saturday before 14:00.. No help i called this morning when i see new debits and ask what is happening .. The lady who was assisting me said Luyanda Dlepu was allocated my query on saturday<br> She said he is out and he will be back in 15min that was 10:15 05/01/2016 no one called and no one responded to my email, not even an auto reply with reference nothing. <br> <br> I have told the lady that if i do not get my money today i will open a case of ***** for SAA.. Its 12:00 05/01/2015 no one is calling i want my R3792.84 . Will meet in court
