DEBITED 4 TIMES FOR ONE TICKET

On the 31st of january 2016 i was asked to pay in R542 to change my ticket from johannesburg to Richards bay. i provided my debit card for the transacation and was given a receipt of R542. upon logging into my account i discovered that R2168 was debited from my account as the person took R542 four times instead of once. i tried to call the call centre to no avail. they could not specify when i will get my refund back as they said they are not allowed to specify the dates or give an estimate so in essence that could mean that i wait for a year before i get my refund. in all that time i had to be the one calling SAA to enquire more than three times noone called back to give feedback. That is really pathetic and sneaky behaviour so if i had not checked my bank statement i would not have come across this discrepancy
