this airline is a *****. a total *****. my aunt was scheduled to baord with fly SAA on the 16th of January 2024 to Zambia. which also happened to be the day her visa in SA was expiring. the ticket was purchased on the 28th of December 2023 to avoid any hiccups. please tell me why this airline decided to reschedule her travel date 2 days before the 16th, telling us no aircrafts are flying on the 16th, thats why her departure date has been moved to the 17th. we called to explain can anything be done? because her visa expires on the 16th. the airline decides to tell us that we know we have inconvenienced you but they will not let her board the plane on the 17th if thats the case!!!!!! how did that make sense? how are they still in. business? we have app**** for a refund but nothing has been refunded yet. the numbers we call either dont exist or dont go through. we now needed to make immediate alternative plans for her to leave on the 16th with another airline. FLY SAA REFUND ME MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!
