<p>I recently bought an SAA airline ticket on xpedia to visit my kids in australia. When arriving at check-in SAA informed me that there was a spelling error on my ticket. The lady told us we needed a whole new ticket. Surely in today's technologically advanced times, a lesser charge to change the spelling would've been offered. I feel ****** of a ticket. And now have paid for 2!!! Seems like **************** to me! SAA have not been helpful at all. I have queried with them. And received a case number ( ********** 01220) but from an email address u can't reply to... Service pathetic!</p>
