Day light *******

I was Sooo ****ed off today ???.I bought 3 tickets flights from Or to Cape town for R 6300 travelling with my disabled partner and my daughter we got a flat tire along the way we waited for almost an hour to get help as my husband is disabled he was unable to change the tire yet I'm pregnant and can't help,,,so we missed the flight OK tried to get to the next one which was an hour later but unfortunately we where told that we that we must pay an extra R7200,we ask for other options like refund and rebook but we were told that it's not possible and whats so ever mind you we were aware of the pelnaty fees but R7200 it's way expensive for a pelnaty on top R6300 so in all we paid SAA R13500 for a flight to Capetown.so to me it's like that R6000 has just been flushed off its that fair is this how you treat your passengers and have all the guts to tell us that "there's no valid reason to be late" we don't really matter like that???????
