Day Light *******

I booked a ticket for flight, SAA ( operated by Mango), for an amount of R1500. 00 via Computicket

There was no option to select the number of bags one is taking to the flight

When checking in, i had two bags, one weighing 12 kg's and the other one weighing 13 kg's

I was told that SAA only takes one(1) bag, i was then forced to pay for the other bag, that was 12 Kg's for R600. 00

Points to note

(1) I was in the same flight the Mango clients paid R1100, CARRYING, 25 Kg's of their luggage (2) I paid double the amount that the same Mango clients paid for the same flight, i was in , just for booking via SAA ( operated by Mango)

I still feel this was a day light *******, because i was never asked how many bags am taking to the flight and was never adviced to carry only one bag if I have booked via SAA
