Damaged luggage

My travel case that was damaged in a flight from Johannesburg to Durban on the 27 Feb 2015, flight number SA579<br> I sent in the case for evaluation on the 11 May 2015 travelling to Johannesburg by flight SA0550.<br> <br> I have not received any feedback from SAA. <br> <br> I have written to them on their Facebook page on the 3rd of August to make an inquiry, was asked to send a reference number which I did and still there was no communication after that. <br> <br> I reposted again on the 25th and was again asked to send in the reference number and my contact details which I provided last night. <br> <br> <br> <br>
