Damaged Luggage.

When my mother arrived on Saturday afternoon after the flight was delayed two hours. We discovered that as we unpacked and took all the plastic wrapping from the bag that the big had a golf ball sized hole on the size. When I contacted them via email, I was told that I had to bring the bag to the airport to be fixed and that it's my responsibility to report it to them on the airport.

So it doesn't really matter if you wrap your bag, you bag will still be damaged and SAA will not take responsibility for it.
