Damaged Bag

On 4/11/2017 I flew with SA 184 to Nairobi and upon collection of the bag at the belt one wheel was missing. An agent from swissport representing SAA took in a report as I was transiting to Doha from Nairobi and I even sent an email and no response as yet. All I want is for my wheel to be replaced because compensation for that Samsonite hard cased bag will not be able to buy such a bag or they should get me another hard cased bag. This is poor service delivery as I travel frequently
