***** mode of transport

Good day i have travelled with SAA express from 24th feb 2019 to mthatha and came back on 1 march 2019 only to find that the flight has been cancelled. we weretold to book accomodations for ourselves then SAA will payback our money. since then i have tried to contact them to pay but they didnt it seems like they dont want to. the ref numbers i m having are # *** and ***. i called *** to find out when are they going to pay me i was given *** to confirm with them, worse part with this number no one answers the call.
