My family and I were booked on a return flight from Mauritius to OR Tambo international Airport on the 15th Dec. We were booked on business class, as we boarded the SAA manager decides to tear my family and I boarding passes claiming that I and my tour operator done something ******* to have seats on business class. He tore.up our boarding passes and indicated that the only way my family and I are returning to South Africa is to buy new tickets. So even though my original tickets were booked and paid for in May 2014 the SAA employee took it upon himself to ****** funds for SAA by forcing me to buy new tickets. Our dream holiday turned into a nightmare thaks to the very competent SAA personnel
