CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE

I recently flew from Johannesburg to LUSAKA on 6th March 2020. SA 064 leaving 15:55 arriving 17:55 The cabin staff on this flight in Economy Class were- Dulshaad Abdin - SBR113P Ntombi Mazibuko - SBM677R

I would like to compliment these two ladies - they were such a pleasure.

I was especially amazed at the service by Dulshaad Abdin She was so friendly / helpful and extremely willing to help in every way. To add. I had had an operation and was not mobile in my usual way, Dulshaad Abdin made every effort to accommodate me and make sure I was comfortable. This young lady deserves to be rewarded for her amazing attitude. I can not stress enough how SAA should be aware of the diamonds you have in your work force and to show those of them how good work MUST and SHOULD be rewarded!
