On the 16 Dec we were travelling from South Africa to Lagos with 4 children 3 have dual citizienship when we got to king shaka we were told that my son cannot travel because he didnt have unabridged birth certificate but when we got to O.R Tambo airport they said because hes got dual citizienship he is allowed to travel without the unabridged.Now because of that we missed our flight to lagos we had to pay R110 000 for our tickets with another airline .My issue is that saa should train all its staff members on what to do and they made more money with our seats as it was peak season but they couldnt even try to give us first preference on their standby<br>
