Code Share ******* SAA and Mango

We booked an international flight from Nairobi to Durban from Durban to Cape Town, Cape Town to Jhb then back to Nairobi. One leg of the flights is on Mango the code share partner of SAA. I booked the flight at the SAA offices in nairobi. MANGO refuses to honour the two bag allowance so I had to pay R1125 for a 23kg bag. We flew the same flight in Dec 14 with SA express which honoured the code share. This is ********* and ****************. According to the SAA staff they do get daily complaints from international travellers. This practice is dishonest. We bought 6 tickets in total 6 pax. we fly regularly to South Africa. Maybe it is time to change to Kenya Airways. Mango does not honour code share. Avoid flying SAA. Be warned.
