Christine Letsoale - SAA - Professional, Efficient

I was flying back to SA from Poland after connecting through Munich. I was pretty tired and looking forward to home as were many others on the flight. I have to commend and make a big \shout out"on Christine's behalf. I have travelled a fair amount and I have seen some very rude passengers and perhaps the tiredness and cramped environments don't help"
