Check in debacle

Just had a horrid scathing experience with a rude saa personnel called Cully ********** Firstly Saa don't put rude people on the frontline who do not know what customer service is all about. Cully is probably the worst encounter ive ever had with the airline in decades of being a frequent flyer. She has really *****ed the SAA brand for me. Probably will reconsider using SAA for my travels#disgusted beyond belief.
