Change of flight

Dear SAA

I am absolutely livid with your service.

My flight has been changed from arriving in Cape town from Johannesburg 3 times. That is absolutely ridiculous!

It is so frustrating as I had plans for the day and now I will be arriving in Cape Town at 17.20pm which is 6 hours later than the original flight which I booked.

SAA flights are expensive compared to Mango and Kulula, yet this has never happened to me before on those airlines.

I am in utter disbelief that you guys have changed my flight 3 times You can be sure that I will never book an SAA flight again.
