Cargo parcel - golf bag transportation

30 November we handed in a golf bag at SA Air Link by a guy with the name of Julian paid R4000 and he promised that the bag will be in Denver on 17th December when we arrive to collect the bag. Since 17th Desember up till now everyone including the manegers mr Mike van Niekerk and the manager of Trans Air Fright Pat Cogan do not do any thing to get the bag released. They leave the problem to be solved by a clerk who has no authority to do payments. The longer they drag this problem out the more storage there is to be paid. The fact is when we arrived the bag was not there for collection. My son lives 4 hours from Denver and we have no transportation to go back to collect the bag. Every body pulsup shoulder and do not what to help us. Could you please help me solve this matter?
