Cancelled my flight for me for free!

Yesterday, I booked a flight CPT to Accra before checking the visa requirements - big mistake. I quickly realised that I wouldn't get a visa in time, so called 10 minutes after booking to cancel my flight.<br> <br> The ticket I had booked was non-refundable, but because the ticket had not been issued yet, SAA cancelled my flight for me, free of charge.<br> <br> And before I learnt of Hellopeter.com, I had another great experience: <br> <br> Returning from Uganda, my brand new suitcase was so badly manhandled that it was broken. The customer service lady at the airport inspected it briefly, then asked if we could exchange the suitcase then and there at the airport luggage shop - no fuss, no questions, just helpfulness! (They even let me call my husband to let them know I'd be late - as my phone battery had died.)<br> <br> Well done to SAA for hiring quality people! And thank you to those individuals for making my day(s).
