Cancelled Flights GRG to JHB

So, a very unhappy customer tonights. We are all sitting here in George at the Town Lodge- with R80 food allowance for the night after our 18:10 flight was cancelled from George to Johannesburg. I therefore will be missing my connecting flight to London Heathrow tonight, and therefore work tomorrow and Friday. (Loos of income is £500+expenses). We are promised onto a flight tomorrow morning at 9:20am. Will this even happen? Probably not- due to South African Airlink's great organising.

We are missing work, and other important commitments due to your inability to organise. My question is: Who is paying for all our food tonight? (R80 is a pathetic excuse of money to feed one person for a night!!!!!!! Spur charges R70 for a simple burger! If I get on the 9am flight in the morning tomorrow- and spend the entire day in Johannesburg airport tomorrow- I assume SAA will be paying for lunch, and dinner tomorrow, as my flights (rebooked) is flying out at 21:00.

Needless to say- you have acquired another very ****ed off passenger tonight! Please contact me via email as to how you plan to feed us appropriately tonight, and tomorrow during the day.

No wonder everyone is leaving South Africa for the UK- service here is shocking! (On this trip- this is not the only SAA flight they have delayed! 3 weeks ago when I arrived- flight was delayed for 5 hours to George due to 'Operational Issues". Bull****!!!!
