Cancelled/delayed flight no information

Worse service ever in my life! Unaccompanied minor on SAA flight from Durban to OR Tambo.<br> Booked and received confirmation email yesterday at 13h43 that she is on flight 542. <br> When dropped at airport this morning was informed that the flight was cancelled. Put onto flight 546 due to depart 10h25. Was taken from her dad to board at 09h46. Boards in Jhb and Durban as well as apps on ipad kept saying that the flights delayed. Staff at ticket sales extremely arrogant when we tried to find out what was going on, phoned Dbn airport, lady said she will find out and phone me back, which never happened. Went to unaccompanied childrens departure at OR and the lady referred us to someone in red jacket who logged onto the system and all she could do was to confirm that she was on the flight, but couldn't give us any details. A flight attendant then phoned me at 11h46 and said they are on the plane but don't know when it is going to depart. <br> Eventualy phone King shaka 3 times more until the plane departed at 12h24. It is now 13h00 and the boards at OR still shows the flight as delayed. <br> Flights+ ipad app actually shows the plane on route landing in 34 mins,
